Prospera is looking for a Key Account Manager in Mexico! As Prospera’s Key Account Manager you will cultivate relationships with the customer’s senior professionals, identify opportunities and increase sales. You will develop strong relationships with the sales team and product team and you will uncover and assess customer needs. You will strategically plan activities to generate demand, research and understand the needs of the customer, and plan sales activities to increase sales. Develop, execute, and continuously improve a plan for sales area that increases customer engagement, market share, and profitability.

Skills & Experience

  • 3-5 Years experience with technical sales in the agro industry
  • Experience and Key relationships with producers (vegetables)
  • Experience in sales with large greenhouses
  • Customer Service skills
  • Business Development Skills
  • Speak fluent English and Spanish
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and business orientation
  • 75% travel
  • Smart, fast learning, independent and a great problem solver
  • Love both office and field
  • Analytical Skills
  • Tech savvy
