Prospera is looking for a Customer Success Manager in Mexico! As Prospera’s Customer Success Manager you will work closely with our customers to uncover the powers of Prospera's system - going into analytics, agronomic insights and optimization. 

You will: Oversee the adoption, optimization, and integration of product and features. Examine and solve customer problems, and provide suggestions on optimal ways to use your findings. Play an important role of product feedback and new features. Work with teammates around the world to identify and develop new opportunities. Leverage your communication skills to communicate strategies and obtain required support and coordination. Maintain a deep understanding of the customer's business as well as their technical environment.

Skills & Experience

  • Speak fluent Spanish
  • English speaker

  • 75% travel/relocation
