Prospera is looking for a Technical Support manager in Mexico! As Prospera’s Support manager you will ensure we keep pace with technology and ahead on innovation. You need to be communicative and proactive- it's all about building up and maintaining good and effective relationships. You will Monitor and Manage open support requests to resolutions ensuring system functionality with our customers in Mexico. You will assist with different ways to implement our solutions to customers and identify ways to improve product, methods and training.

Skills & Experience

  • Location – Guadalajara Mexico
  • High ability to travel in the Mexico
  • Hands on capabilities with significant time spending in field
  • Able to manage and solve escalated issues
  • Good judgment and planning skills
  • Experience in International company an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years of experience in providing technical services
  • Fluent Spanish and English
